Dr Jean Cline, PhD!
What we know about Geosciences is possibly pretty less. But that does not really deter people from working more on it. As a matter of fact there are specific centers in universities that are expected to work exclusively on Geosciences. Dr Jean Cline, PhD, is with the Geosciences Department of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The department has been making considerable progress of late. Dr Jean Cline, PhD, has also published a number of works and has also presented at a number of seminars and conferences on the subject across the world.
What is Geosciences and why should we worry about it? In her fitting treatise, Dr Jean Cline, PhD, says that most of the fascinating parts of the world and geosciences revolve around large mineral deposits. These mineral deposits have escalated the living standards of the people in their place. Dr Jean Cline, PhD, has studied almost all countries that have major deposits in place. Her seminal work on Gold exploration and mining resulted in her getting such collaborative research projects with Barrick Goldstrike Mines, Placer Dome Exploration, Newmont Gold Corporation and Round Mountain Gold Corporation. All these projects helped her strengthen her knowledge and capabilities in the specific areas of mining and particularly in Gold. Dr Jean Cline, PhD, is a well recognized professor both from the professionals from the field and from the under graduate and graduate students in the college. She was elected four times by the student community as 'Professor worthy of Recognition' by the under graduate students of the University.
She has done a number of sponsored researches on inorganic developments in the mines and geological formations. Dr Jean Cline, PhD, was also the faculty in charge of a number of other research projects that include the aforesaid projects in addition to a number of researches on calcite formations in Yucca Mountains, research on fluid inclusions, Origin of gold mineralization at the Getchell deposit and many others. She has also written a number of books and contributed to some as editor. Dr Jean Cline, PhD, is one of the well known personalities in the sphere of geosciences and recognized by her contributions to the growth of the industry as well as the institution.
